My name is Frida, and I'm the founder of NORSEMAID. 

In addition to being a PADI Mermaid instructor, I'm also a personal trainer, yoga teacher and AIDA freediver. 

 

I started NORSEMAID because Life. Is. Serious... I believe we were put on this earth to experience our true selves and HAVE FUN, so why not put on beautiful tails, hold our breath and dive into the unknown together?

NORSEMAID is about being who you are or who you want to be, free from judgement and full of creativity.

 

With us you have permission to be sensual, playful, moody, silly, dark or wherever the water may take you. I'm here to safely guide you through this new and awesome discovery of yourself.
