AIDA 2 - level 1 freediver
Location: Classroom, pool & open water
*Open water only June-September
Depth: 12-20 meters
Age: 18+ years (16 with guardian consent)
Lenght: 2 days
*1,5 days for AIDA 2 pool
Prerequisites:

Ability to swim 200m without swimming aids
You will learn:

In-depth theory (diving physiology, anatomy etc.)

Breath-holding techniques

Relaxation techniques

Duck-dive and correct finning techniques

Static and dynamic apnea

Active safety and buddying
